On-device information

Reference images, piece and progress photos, project names, notes, hints and usage records are processed and stored on your device. The app does not upload these photos or project records to us, does not require an account and includes no advertising or third-party tracking analytics SDK. Camera and photo selection support actions you initiate; manage permissions in system Settings.

Purchases and free hints

Apple handles payments and billing. The app uses StoreKit for product information, prices and verified entitlement; it does not receive full payment-card details. The free-hint count is stored in iOS Keychain. Clearing ordinary app data or reinstalling does not guarantee a reset. Purchasing, restoring and Apple services require a network connection; on-device image analysis is not a promise that every feature works indefinitely offline.

Support and Apple services

When you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to provide, for support or rights requests. Gmail processes that correspondence. Send only necessary information. You may request access or deletion of support messages, subject to records reasonably needed for legal obligations or disputes. We do not use support attachments to train models. Apple may provide purchase, diagnostic or aggregate reports under its policies and your settings. Apple processing and device/iCloud backups are governed by Apple's services and your settings.

Public support website

Cloudflare Pages hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare may process visitor IP addresses, requests and traffic data across its global network. Retention depends on service purposes and legal needs; immediate deletion is not guaranteed. We have not enabled website tracking analytics, ads, forms or photo uploads, and do not separately export or retain raw visitor access logs. Platform security features may use necessary cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This does not upload your in-app puzzle photos to the website.

Retention, deletion and rights

Manage or delete projects, hints and progress records in the app. Placement and usage records have a separate clearing control. Deleting the app does not delete originals in Photos, cancel subscriptions or guarantee deletion of Keychain or backups. We have no service that remotely accesses or deletes your puzzle photos. Contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, deletion or other rights for support information we receive. Use Apple's account/privacy tools for data Apple handles.

The app is not directed primarily at children and contains no targeted advertising. Purchases by minors require appropriate parental or guardian involvement. Material changes will be disclosed before new processing is enabled, with consent where required.
